Thank you for purchasing from Tower Room Publishing. Below you will find refund policies for digital and physical products.

Ebooks and Digital Products: 

Digital products will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Since there is no way for the customer to return the purchased item, digital products can not be returned for a refund.

Merchandise:

Merchandise is printed and shipped by our partners, Prinfify and BookVault, so issues with delivery or quality will be forwarded to and addressed with the shipper.
